My initial thoughts about seeing an osteopath were fairly dubious. I wasn’t really sure what I was letting myself in for. I have a number of associates that use osteopathy on a regular basis and their feedback showed they had experienced instant results, so I decided to give it a go.

Due to the nature of my job I saw Chris for an ongoing upper limb problem that had been causing me a lot of pain. Having had a couple of operations in the past to rectify this, I was sceptical as to how Chris’ treatment would relieve my discomfort.

Chris was extremely thorough in his pre examination and from this was able to target specific areas that he needed to manipulate in order to release the stressful areas that were causing me much agitation. Chris explained throughout the session what he was going to do, which helped me feel relaxed and at ease with him.

I’m pleased to say that after just one session with Chris the pain I had been experiencing disappeared!

I would strongly recommend using Chris; he’s an excellent osteopath.
